Main purpose of role: Carry out multiple property visits each day, delivering accurate Energy Performance Certificates to enable properties to be marketed quickly and effectively.
Salary: £40,000-£60,000
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-6pm

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Guidance to Property Management hubs regarding improvements to portfolio properties regarding MEES legislation.
- Be able to train and support new energy assessors starting their career with the team through either Elmhurst or Quidos.
- Carry out domestic Energy Performance Certificates in line with current legislation, accreditation body requirements and industry standards.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of EPC legislation, building regulations and energy efficiency standards.
- Support our in house support team with queries and improvement requests.
Requirements & Skills
- Level 3 DEA qualification and a clean DBS check.
- At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience with strong knowledge of DEA conventions.
- Smart, professional and reliable.
- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the London area.
- Willing to travel across Central London (travel costs covered).
- Full UK driving licence and own car required.
- Management experience (desirable).
- Construction and/or commercial EPC qualifications (desirable).
