We are seeking a highly motivated Product Operations Manager to play a key role in our Product Team. Your job will be to help us create exciting new products by developing a deep understanding of our users’ needs, and then ensuring new products and features are successfully delivered and adopted by them.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Location: London, Hybrid - travel to our offices would be expected 2-3 days per week
Salary: £40,000-£50,000
Responsibilities
- Data & Analytics: Monitor key product metrics, analyse user behavior, and generate insights to inform product decisions.
- Process Optimisation: Develop and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and improve user and customer experience.
- User Support: Act as third line support to the support teams, troubleshoot product issues, and work with the Tech Team to drive resolutions.
- Documentation & Training: Work with support teams to create and maintain detailed product documentation, create training materials, and support internal teams in understanding product functionality. Optimise adoption with new tools and learning methods.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a similar role. Bonus points for experience in real estate or PropTech generally.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in product analytics desirable (e.g., Mixpanel, Heap, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
- A customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of user needs in the property space.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
